The main bathroom features a custom tiled shower with dual shower heads and heated tile floors, adding comfort and a touch of luxury to your stay. A stackable washer/dryer is also located in the bathroom .
The lower level living area features full-size bunk beds and a convenient twin pull out trundle bed, providing versatile sleeping arrangements.

Enjoy on-site parking with room for two vehicles near the home, along with additional parking available in the upper lot.

House rules
We welcome arrivals from 4:00 PM until 10:00 PM.Â
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM.
Primary renters are required to be age 25 or older to secure a stay with us.
Smoking and vaping of any substance (including e-cigarettes and cannabis) are completely prohibited anywhere on the property.
Pets are not allowed on the property.
Events, parties, and commercial gatherings are strictly forbidden. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests overnight.
